The Department of Health typically communicates with its clients by email if the client requests to be contacted via the ‘Email a Question’ page. The Department of Health will only record personal information if you send us a message through the 'Email a Question' page.

If you choose to use the ‘Tell a Friend’ facility on the Chlamydia website to send an E-card, your name and email address may be disclosed to the recipient of the E-card.
